Cancellations
Once a booking has been made and the appointment confirmed, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. This allows us to manage our time and resources efficiently, ensuring the best possible care for each client.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any booked or paid services, regardless of the reason. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance and ensuring that you can attend on the selected date and time.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 3 h in advance, depending on availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability for a new date close to the original booking.
